RIO has awarded nearly $100,000 to support art and science collaboration through its Artist-in-Residence program.

On November 1, Dr. Robert C. Hampshire from the US Department of Transportation visited the University of Minnesota to discuss transportation research.

The University provides guidance and assistance with issues that can arise in connection with international student and faculty exchanges.

The University encourages students, scholars, and scientists to pursue knowledge wherever it may be found around the world, providing resources for safe and lawful travel.

Membership in MTEC entitles UMN PIs to apply for DoD funding that is open only to members, with past awards ranging from $50K to $25M.

The RIO COVID-19 Rapid Response Grants aim to catalyze small-scale research projects designed to address and mitigate the risk associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
