Intellectual Property Training: This training is to help you understand intellectual property (IP) rights and data rights to help you determine how to protect you IP.
CAS (Cost Accounting Standards) Coverage and Disclosure Statement Determination refers to the process of assessing whether a contractor or organization is subject to Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and, if so, ensuring compliance through a CAS Disclosure Statement (Form CASB DS-1).
MTEC operates as an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) consortium, accelerating military medical innovation by streamlining collaboration between government, industry, and academia.
