Yes. An organization must have active MTEC membership to submit a proposal for an MTEC funding opportunity. Organizations may begin reviewing publicly available opportunity information before joining, but membership must be active before proposal submission.

Topics may include diagnostics, medical devices, digital health, autonomous care, regenerative medicine, infectious disease, trauma care, physiological monitoring, and other areas supporting patient care and operational readiness.
