What We Do

An AI-enabled, VR-based simulation lab platform for healthcare education, offering customizable patient scenarios, AI characters, and the largest library of competency-mapped learning experiences.

A suite of VR-based training modules focused on mechanical ventilation, including volume and pressure control, ventilator alarms, and management of ventilated patients.

AI-driven, immersive pediatric training modules for nursing and medical students, enabling scalable, hands-on practice in pediatric assessments, emergency interventions, and caregiver education.

A virtual standardized patient program using AI-powered characters for repeatable, scalable, and objective clinical training and assessment.

Customizable AI-powered virtual characters capable of replicating high-fidelity patient simulations, including standardized patient training, with real-time verbal, non-verbal, and physiological responses.

A real-time analytics dashboard for monitoring learner performance, tracking skill strengths and weaknesses, and providing actionable feedback for targeted improvement.

Industry-first AI-enabled, fully customizable non-patient virtual simulation character for InvolveXR, allowing educators to design simulations with roles such as family members, physicians, or social workers, enhancing realism and communication training.

A turnkey VR training solution with ten 20-minute learning experiences for nursing fundamentals, supporting both guided educational and formative assessment modes. Designed for pre-licensure programs and hospital onboarding, it accelerates nurse training, builds competencies asynchronously, and streamlines VR integration.

A VR-based training program developed in partnership with Hamilton Police and Wilfrid Laurier University, providing scenario-based learning for mental health crisis intervention and de-escalation skills for police officers.

A virtual simulation lab platform offering customizable, AI-driven patient scenarios for healthcare training. Features include AI characters, real-time feedback, and competency-mapped learning experiences for scalable, realistic training.

Development and delivery of a large library of adaptable, no-code, competency-mapped learning modules for various healthcare training needs, including nursing, medicine, and interprofessional education.

Artificial Clinical Evaluator (ACE) provides automated, customizable assessments and insightful debriefs to optimize educator time and enhance learner evaluations.

Supports both asynchronous (self-directed) and synchronous (instructor-led) training modes, enabling flexible access and collaborative learning for individuals and teams. Training can be configured for single or multi-learner experiences, remotely or on-site, supporting holistic learning loops.

Advisory and support services for integrating VR and AI-enabled simulation into healthcare curricula, including scenario customization and faculty training.

Comprehensive faculty training program designed to help nursing educators and administrators successfully deploy VR platforms in their programs, including onboarding, technical support, and refresher sessions.

Institutions receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager, on-demand technical and product support, and periodic refresher training to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing use of VR training solutions.

Industry-first LLM-based AI system enabling free-flowing, natural language conversations with virtual patients and non-patient characters, supporting nuanced, realistic, and diverse healthcare simulation scenarios.

Highly scalable, AI-powered self-directed learning capability on InvolveXR, allowing learners to train independently, maximizing flexibility and scalability for institutions. Every aspect of SDL is fully customizable, including patient scenarios, AI conversations, simulation states, debriefing checklists, and competency mapping.
