Spinery (RF ablation system)
Radiofrequency ablation system for treatment of vertebral metastases, long-bone lesions and basivertebral nerve–related spinal pain. Includes an RF generator with graphical control of impedance, power and temperature, cooled 16G needles (monopolar and bipolar, irrigating, with dual thermocouples), closed-loop cooling via peristaltic pump, programmable ablation ramp profiles, and automatic cooldown.
VV+ Spynal Cement System
High-viscosity radiopaque spinal bone cement system combined with a dedicated high-viscosity injection and mixing system. Described materials include radiopaque opacifiers (barium sulfate and hydroxyapatite at 9%) and a mixing chamber with an elliptical mixing blade; the cement is designed to be ready for injection with up to a 9-minute injection window at 20°C through a Gauge 11 or larger.
