Five missile defense satellites with cryogenic cooling systems driven by Creare LLC’s Miniature Cryocooler Controller Electronics for Tactical Space (MCCE-TS) successfully launched from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida.
Creare’s Hearing Protection Helmet (HPH) protects sailors and marines from hearing loss and head injury better than their existing equipment. Creare is currently preparing its first deliveries of the HPH to the US Navy on a low rate initial production contract.
Creare and the Two-Phase Flow and Thermal Management Lab at Case Western Reserve University have teamed to measure heat transfer and develop new correlations for boiling heat transfer in cryogenic fuel tanks.
