Products
ECM-derived 14-mer peptide for intravenous treatment of acute severe burns (Phase 2-ready)
A 14-amino-acid peptide derived from extracellular matrix protein fragments intended for IV administration within hours of burn injury to limit injury progression, improve microvascular perfusion, accelerate healing, and reduce scarring. Reported Phase 1 safety data in healthy volunteers; indicated as Phase 2-ready.
Protease-resistant peptide for topical and intravenous treatment of burns (Pre-IND / Preclinical)
A modified peptide engineered to resist exopeptidases and neutrophil elastase, developed for both topical and IV use within 8–24 hours post-injury; currently in pre-IND development for IV use and preclinical testing with multiple topical delivery vehicles.
