What We Do

A flagship trauma simulation platform powered by dynamic physiology engines, enabling self-guided, instructorless training in XR environments. It provides real-time feedback, multiplayer capabilities, and customizable cases for trauma and emergency medical scenarios.

A military-grade training solution focused on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) All Service Members (ASM) content, covering tactical and medical scenarios such as hemorrhage control, airway management, and casualty evacuation. Delivered as a bundle with Meta Quest 3, it offers unlimited access to thousands of simulations.

A VR simulator developed with the US Madigan Army Medical Center to help military medical personnel acclimate to deployment environments before arrival, improving trauma resuscitation performance in unfamiliar settings.

A high-fidelity, virtual reality simulation of mass casualty events, developed in partnership with Madigan Army Medical Center, designed to build resilience and stress management skills in combat medical personnel.

A joint project with the Geneva Foundation and Madigan Army Medical Center, delivering nine unique CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive) VR scenarios to revolutionize preparedness and training at minimal cost.

A study led with Madigan Army Medical Center investigating the use of immersive VR for training in unfamiliar environments to improve trauma resuscitation performance. Results show IVR training improves real-world simulation performance and readiness.
