Products

Intravenous dual-mechanism acute cardiovascular therapeutic (istaroxime)

Intravenous small-molecule therapeutic with dual mechanism intended to increase myocardial contractility via Na+/K+ ATPase inhibition and improve diastolic relaxation via SERCA2a activation; developed for acute decompensated heart failure and early cardiogenic shock.

SERCA2a activator portfolio (preclinical oral and IV candidates)

Preclinical small-molecule series designed to activate SERCA2a, including pure SERCA2a activators (no Na+/K+ pump inhibition) and dual-mechanism activators intended for oral and intravenous use in acute and chronic heart failure.

Aerosolized synthetic pulmonary surfactant and aerosol delivery system

Synthetic KL4 surfactant formulated for aerosol delivery together with a proprietary aerosol delivery system designed to generate controlled aerosols for non-invasive pulmonary administration to premature infants with respiratory distress.

Oncology kinase inhibitor program (aPKCi inhibitors)

Discovery-stage program targeting atypical protein kinase C iota with topical and oral inhibitor candidates intended for oncology indications.
