Multimeric antibody engineering platform
Platform technology to convert IgG antibodies into hexameric or multimeric antibody formats that induce receptor multimerization/trimerization for agonist activity against TNF receptor family members (including death receptors and immune costimulatory molecules).
Humanized anti-CD122 IgG antagonist (clinical candidate)
A humanized IgG antagonist targeting CD122 developed for treatment of immune-mediated diseases and transplant indications.
Humanized anti-DR4 IgG agonist (oncology candidate)
A humanized IgG agonist targeting death receptor 4 (DR4) intended to induce apoptosis in DR4-expressing tumor cells for hematological and solid cancer treatment.
Humanized anti-OX40 IgG agonist (immuno-oncology candidate)
A humanized IgG agonist targeting OX40 developed to enhance immune responses (T-cell activation) for cancer immunotherapy.
