Fixed-dose dermal formulation for psoriasis (research-stage)

A topical fixed-dose dermal formulation combining an existing clinical candidate with phytopharmaceutical ingredients formulated with nano-delivery approaches; reported to reduce inflammatory markers in in vitro and to improve clinical severity indices in an imiquimod-induced psoriasis mouse model. GMP formulation development and clinical progression were described as ongoing.
