The Combat Rapid Blood Transfusion (CRBT) device is a lightweight, field-ready pump system designed to cut walking blood bank transfusion times from over 20 minutes to under 5 minutes in combat and austere environments. Its re-engineered peristaltic pump and proprietary disposable tubing support both direct human-to-human and blood-bag-to-human transfusions at high flow rates, enabling rapid delivery of a full unit of blood when minutes matter most.
