BioResponse LLC (BR) focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of patented nanoscale drug formulations. The company’s mission for over 25 years has been its commitment to develop future therapeutic uses of small molecule indoles . BR has developed two patented drug product candidates. Both oral and IV formulations treat acute Central Nervous System (CNS) injury by forming nanoparticles to deliver the lead API. Boulder BioScience (BBS), LLC, the sister company of BR, is focused on the early therapy of brain injury and control of trauma related thrombosis. BBS’s mission is to advance breakthrough science for acute-care indications filling critical, unmet needs in Military Medicine. The drug candidates provide promising new treatments for traumatic brain injury (TBI), Concussion, Blast Injury, and Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS). Advancement of drug candidates for EMT administered, post-injury use will provide immediate protection of the Blood Brain Barrier, prevent Cerebral Edema, minimize Brain Contusions, and contribute to neurocognitive recovery.
