Plasma iNOS in vitro diagnostic (IVD) test

An immunoassay–based diagnostic test detecting inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in plasma to identify early-stage sepsis and predict organ dysfunction.

Monoclonal antibody therapy targeting microvesicle-associated iNOS

A chimeric monoclonal antibody developed to bind and neutralize microvesicle-associated iNOS circulating in blood; demonstrated in preclinical studies to neutralize deleterious effects in vivo.
