Desktop DNA & RNA synthesizer (basic and extended editions)

Benchtop synthesizer using disposable microfluidic chips and prefilled reagent cartridges to synthesize custom DNA and RNA oligos on demand. Two editions: basic (standard DNA) and extended (modified DNA/RNA and probe synthesis).

Fluorescent reporter reagent cartridge (6-FAM)

Prefilled reagent cartridge containing reagents for 5'-end fluorescent reporter (6-FAM) labeling of DNA/RNA probes; designed for use with the desktop synthesizer and compatible chips.

Quencher-anchored microfluidic chip (BHQ-1)

Disposable microfluidic chip with quencher chemistry (BHQ-1) anchored to the solid-phase column to produce probes with a 3'-end quencher modification.

FISH probe consumable combinations

Consumable combinations (label cartridge + label chip) and workflows to synthesize single-labeled FISH probes up to ~100 nucleotides.
