Paper-strip stool pathogen DNA test (Research Use Only)
A research-use-only, instrument-free paper-strip test that amplifies gut pathogen DNA via isothermal amplification and detects amplicons on lateral-flow paper strips. Targets include common enteric bacteria such as Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter and STEC.
Rapid lateral-flow nucleic acid detection strips
Lateral-flow strips designed to detect labeled nucleic acid amplicons (fluorescein/biotin) with high sensitivity and rapid visual readout; compatible with multiple amplification chemistries and suitable for multiplexing.
