Products

Perfusion viral harvest system (bench-to-commercial)

A perfusion filtration system designed to enable continuous or semi-continuous harvesting of viral vectors and viral-like particles from suspension cultures, intended for process intensification and scale-up (small bench units for DOE through systems intended to support up to reported ~2000 L scale).

In-line hyperspectral pH monitoring prototype (R&D)

Prototype system combining hyperspectral imaging and pre-trained deep learning models to enable in-line, non-invasive, self-calibrated pH (and related DO/glucose) measurements in bioprocesses.

Services

Supply of bench-scale perfusion filtration systems intended for design-of-experiment studies and process optimization for viral vector and VLP production.

Technical consultation and support to evaluate perfusion-based process solutions from pilot to commercial scale for viral vector and vaccine manufacturing.

Participation in multi-institution consortia and grant-funded projects to develop scalable lentiviral manufacturing methods and inline monitoring systems.
