Poster Registration Information
MTEC member organizations are invited to display a poster during MHSRS in the MTEC booth (513).
Members who will participate in the Member Spotlight will be required to bring a poster with them for display on an easel. This will be an extension of the scientific poster session for MHSRS. As such, the poster must focus on a technology with military relevance. For those selected to be featured, all posters must be approved by MTEC prior to display. MTEC will organize timeslots over the 3 days of the conference where posters will be categorized by topic area.

Poster Specifications:
- Size: Prefer no larger than 2’ x 3’ (layout can be horizontal or vertical)
- No power/ electrical connections available
- No table/ chair available
- Content should address at a minimum:
● Company Overview (identify also if you are traditional or non-traditional)
● What You Do
● Unique Expertise and Capabilities as it relates to MTEC (what are you bringing to the MTEC)
● Current Efforts/Accomplishments in DoD
● Current Efforts/Accomplishments specifically in MTEC and outside DoD

The MTEC member organization is responsible for producing, shipping and receiving their poster. MTEC will provide you with an easel and board. Poster set-up will begin for the first round of posters at 6:00pm on Monday, August 14, 2023. You will be notified of your timeslot before the event.
