IVOS Medical

IVOS Medical is a clinician-founded medical device company developing airway management technology for the most difficult, highest-risk emergency intubations — those where blood, vomit, and secretions contaminate the airway and defeat standard video laryngoscopy. Its flagship BOSS Sleeve is a single-use accessory that installs onto standard video laryngoscopes, combining continuous suction, continuous lens clearing, and supplemental oxygen delivery in one operator's workflow. Developed with academic medical centers and supported by significant NIH SBIR funding, IVOS designs airway tools that make first-pass intubation safer and more reliable.
