The Cornell Joan Klein Jacobs Center for Precision Nutrition and Health, located within the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University, is dedicated to transforming nutrition science through a multidisciplinary approach. The Center integrates precision nutrition, artificial intelligence, and technology to enhance population health by bridging individual guidance with population-level policies and translating academic research into practice. It aims to support the translational pipeline, moving scientific evidence and technologies from academic settings to the broader community.

What We Do

Focuses on transitioning nutrition and health research from population-based approaches to understanding individual-level requirements for optimal health.
