Products
HAVAX (hepatitis A vaccine)
Inactivated hepatitis A vaccine produced by propagation of hepatitis A virus on primary monkey kidney cell cultures, purified by concentration and ultracentrifugation, inactivated chemically, and adsorbed onto aluminum hydroxide adjuvant. Supplied as sterile suspension for intramuscular administration in defined 1.0 ml and 0.5 ml dose presentations.
mORCVAX (oral cholera vaccine)
Oral inactivated cholera vaccine formulated from multiple inactivated Vibrio cholerae strains; manufacturing includes culture, chemical or heat inactivation, concentration, removal of cholera toxin and bulk formulation with antigen dosing defined by LPS units. Supplied in single- and multi-dose oral presentations.
Gene-HBvax (recombinant hepatitis B vaccine)
Recombinant hepatitis B surface antigen vaccine produced in yeast expression systems, purified by centrifugation and chromatography, formulated as an aluminum-adsorbed inactivated subunit vaccine in multiple dose presentations.
JEVAX (Japanese encephalitis vaccine)
Inactivated purified Japanese encephalitis vaccine produced from infected rodent brain tissue, processed with protamine sulfate treatment, formaldehyde inactivation and ultracentrifugation-based purification; supplied for parenteral administration.
Imported combination vaccines (portfolio supply)
Procurement and distribution of externally manufactured combination vaccines (examples include pentavalent DTP-HepB-Hib, MMR, meningococcal products) to support national immunization programs.
Products under registration (pipeline)
Vaccine candidates undergoing registration and regulatory review, including pneumococcal, varicella, rabies, HPV, hand-foot-and-mouth disease vaccines and others.
