San Diego Heart and Vascular Associates (SDHVA) is dedicated to improving community health through excellent cardiovascular care, including in-office testing and hospital therapies. In‑hospital invasive therapies including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, coronary and peripheral angioplasty/stenting, structural heart transcatheter procedures (TAVR, mitral clip, LAA closure, PFO/ASD closure), electrophysiology studies and ablation, pacemaker/ICD implantation and management, venous thrombectomy, aortography, and transesophageal echocardiography.
