Services
Interventional pain clinic services
Outpatient evaluation and delivery of procedure-based pain therapies including image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation, neuromodulation trials/implantation, and minimally invasive spine interventions as part of individualized treatment plans.
Neuromodulation therapy (SCS, PNS, DRG) — trial and implantation
Provide temporary trial stimulation followed by permanent implantation and ongoing programming for spinal cord, peripheral nerve, and dorsal root ganglion stimulation therapies, including device follow-up and reprogramming.
Image-guided injection and diagnostic procedures
Imaging-assisted diagnostic and therapeutic injections (epidural steroid, joint, facet/medial branch, occipital, genicular, trigger point) used to localize pain generators and deliver targeted medication.
Radiofrequency denervation (ablation)
Minimally invasive thermal denervation procedures performed under imaging guidance to disrupt pain-transmitting nerve fibers and provide extended symptom relief.
Minimally invasive spine and sacroiliac procedures
Targeted spinal and SI interventions including decompressions, SI joint stabilization, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression designed to relieve neural compression with shorter recovery times.
Intrathecal drug delivery (pain pump) therapy
Evaluation, trialing, implantation, medication selection, dose titration, periodic refill scheduling, and long-term follow-up for intrathecal pump systems delivering targeted spinal medication.
