Fluoroscopy/x-ray guided transforaminal and interlaminar epidural steroid injections, facet injections, sacroiliac injections, and peripheral joint injections used for diagnosis and treatment of pain.
Radiofrequency application to sensory nerves (eg. medial branch) to disrupt pain signaling from facet joints or other targets.
Temporary trial and permanent implantation of spinal cord stimulation systems to provide neuromodulation-based analgesia for refractory chronic pain.
Low-dose intravenous ketamine infusions administered with IV access and monitored sedation for treatment of chronic pain and mood symptoms; includes pre/post instructions and monitoring.
Injection-based regenerative therapies including platelet-rich plasma, bone marrow aspirate concentrate, and intradiscal allograft injections for selected degenerative or painful conditions.
