NIPTE is a consortium of research universities that advances pharmaceutical science, manufacturing, regulatory science, and workforce development through collaborative research, training, and coordination with industry and government. Current emphases include modernizing pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g., continuous manufacturing and AI-enabled methods), strengthening supply chain resilience, and providing training and resources to support quality and availability of medicines.
