Products

Integrated extrusion-molding-coating (EMC) system (continuous tablet formation)

An automated integrated system that combines twin-screw hot-melt extrusion and injection molding with optional coating to continuously produce tablets from API and excipient powders, with in-line PAT ports and automated feeders for high-containment operation.

ICM pilot plant (integrated continuous pilot facility)

A pilot-scale integrated continuous manufacturing line that includes dissolution/clarification, reactive crystallization, rotary filtration, drum drying, EMC tablet formation, solvent recovery and a plant-wide control system used for process demonstration, feasibility and multi-day production runs.

End-to-end continuous process development and manufacturing

Development, piloting and operation of integrated continuous manufacturing lines for small-molecule APIs and oral solid dosage forms, including synthesis, purification, drying and tablet formation using solvent-free hot-processing.

Targeted unit-operation process development (EMC, crystallization, filtration)

Development and optimization of single or modular continuous unit operations (e.g., extrusion-molding-coating, reactive crystallization, rotary filtration, drum drying) that can be integrated into existing or new continuous lines.

PAT deployment and analytical method correlation

Implementation of in-line PAT systems and correlation of PAT outputs with off-line analytical methods (HPLC, XRPD, DSC) and development of model-based predictive dissolution approaches.

Solvent recovery and environmental impact assessment

Design and implementation of solvent recovery systems and process evaluations (E-factor, energy intensity) to reduce solvent usage, waste generation and operating costs.
