Products

Modular automated closed-container filler (IMF)

A modular automatic filler that loads, positions, fills by needle piercing of a septum, and unloads closed containers; designed for scalability, minimal moving parts, and operation without isolators.

Portable table-top closed-container filler (Mini-IMF)

A compact, portable filler for small-lot and localized sterile filling applications, designed for field, hospital, laboratory and emergency use.

One-way non-contamination dispensing valve

Elastomeric one-way valve that allows dispensing of solutions, gels, suspensions or creams while preventing ingress of contaminants, enabling preservative-free multi-dose use and metered dosing options.

Multiple-use sterile connectors

Connectors that enable sterile transfers, sampling and connections between containers or equipment multiple times without exposing the fluid path, validated for seal integrity, microbial exclusion and functional performance.

Sterile multiple-dose containers and flexible packaging

Pre-sterilized closed containers (bottles, pouches, tubes, bag-in-box) and flexible packaging systems compatible with septum-based filling and one-way dispensing valves for preservative-free multi-dose applications.

Reusable dispensing systems and rechargeable bags

Integrated reusable dispenser designs and rechargeable bag/valve combinations that allow containers to be refilled or recharged while preserving product sterility across multiple uses.

Services

Pilot plant sterile processing and filling services including UHT processing, homogenization, sterile tank filling, and modular filler operation to produce launch quantities and support scale-up.

Mechanical design and rapid prototyping services including CAD modeling, mold design, SLA printing, CNC machining, and pilot mold fabrication for device development and validation.

In-house microbiology testing (micro-challenge, aerosol/liquid exposure), media fills, and third-party laboratory coordination to validate sterilization, connector/valve performance and filling processes.

Licensing of sterile filling and dispensing technologies and collaboration for implementation in partner manufacturing operations.
