Following an audit in April 2018, the laboratory has extended its accreditation for indoor air analysis, including tetrachloroethylene, under the LabRef 30 standard.

The laboratory participated in the Fête de la Science, engaging the public with experiments on water chemistry, microbiology, and bio-espions gammares, promoting science education and awareness.

The department received a bronze Territoria award for its innovative educational project 'Les Exp’air de l’intérieur', involving sensors and pedagogical activities in schools.
