Services

Design and conduct of in vivo pharmacology studies using a broad array of disease models for CNS, metabolic, inflammatory, respiratory, digestive, renal, musculoskeletal, dermatological, infectious and age-related conditions.

GLP-standard single/repeated dose toxicity, reproductive/developmental toxicity, safety pharmacology and specialized toxicity studies including dermal/ocular irritation and genotoxicity for drugs, devices and regenerative products.

Comprehensive minipig services including husbandry, GLP toxicology, pharmacology, surgical procedures, imaging-guided interventions and device implantation studies performed in dedicated facilities.

Performance, safety and implantation testing for medical devices including ISO-10993-compatible implantation, stent testing, long-term implant studies and use-simulation testing.

In vitro antiviral and antibacterial assays and in vivo infection models for respiratory, gastrointestinal, skin and systemic infections using BSL-2 facilities; includes pathogen quantification and immune endpoints.

Custom model creation, feasibility/pilot studies and development of novel assay and model systems to match client scientific objectives, including support from proposal through implementation.
