Structured initial consultation (40–50 minutes) with integration of neurodiagnostic testing (SPECT, QEEG), pharmacogenomics, and specialized laboratory assays to generate individualized treatment plans for complex or treatment-resistant conditions.
On-site high-resolution SPECT perfusion imaging for diagnostic evaluation and follow-up of neuropsychiatric and cognitive disorders.
Provision of repetitive TMS including low-frequency and high-intensity protocols and combined protocols using sub-anesthetic ketamine (with procedural sedation when indicated) to treat refractory mood disorders.
Administration of sub-anesthetic ketamine infusions to produce rapid antidepressant effects and to facilitate tolerance of neuromodulation procedures.
