Products

Gut-targeted prodrug delivery platform

A technology approach that uses microbiota-mediated activation and chemical/formulation design to achieve colon-specific release of orally administered small-molecule prodrugs with limited systemic exposure.

Lead preclinical colon-specific PDE4 inhibitor prodrug

A microbiota-activated, orally administered prodrug candidate designed to provide local PDE4 inhibitory activity in the colon for inflammatory bowel disease while minimizing systemic exposure.

Services

Coordination and execution of nonclinical toxicology and pharmacology studies, and preparation of regulatory filings required for investigational new drug submissions.

Formulation selection, solid form strategy and bioavailability optimization to prepare oral small-molecule candidates for GLP toxicology and clinical translation.

Collaborative development, licensing or research partnerships to co-develop gut-restricted small-molecule therapies and accelerate programs toward clinical proof-of-concept.
