Preclinical Alzheimer's disease drug candidate (BDNF–GluN2B pathway modulator)

A preclinical small-molecule candidate developed to enhance cortical plasticity via upregulation of BDNF and modulation of GluN2B, evaluated in APP mouse models with synaptic and behavioral endpoints.

Preclinical PTSD drug candidate

A development-stage therapeutic candidate evaluated in rodent PTSD models and behavioral assays to address limitations of current antidepressant/SSRI therapies.
