BioIRC is an R&D center dedicated to developing computational methods and software for engineering and bioengineering problems. It specializes in finite element methods, discrete particle methods, computer graphics, image processing, and 3D medical image reconstructions. The center leads and participates in national and international research projects, focusing on patient-specific modeling, microcirculation, nanomedicine, nanocoating, groundwater flow, and water supply systems.

Patient-specific abdominal aortic aneurysm analysis software
