Products

Proprietary soybean seed varieties (high-protein, modified oil, reduced anti-nutrients)

Non-GMO soybean varieties bred for higher native protein, modified oil composition and reduced anti-nutrient/off-flavor traits intended as feedstock for food ingredients, feed and specialty oils.

Enhanced yellow pea seed varieties

Non-GMO yellow pea varieties developed via genomic mapping and breeding to reduce off-flavors, increase protein content and improve suitability for plant-based ingredient applications.

Identity-preserved soy protein and specialty oil ingredients

Commercially produced soy-derived ingredients (food- and feed-grade proteins and specialty oils) manufactured from traceable proprietary soybean varieties and processed at scaled crushing facilities.

Accelerated breeding facility (research throughput)

Access to an accelerated breeding facility with adaptive growth environments for rapid variety development and iterative testing of trait performance under controlled conditions.

Services

Contracts and pilot programs that enroll farmer partners to trial proprietary varieties and technologies, provide field-level performance data and support identity-preserved production for commercial and R&D objectives.

Cloud-based integration of farm management data, geo-located acreage, soil and protein measurements to generate auditable sustainability metrics and supply-chain transparency.

Coordination with universities and third-party labs to validate genetic traits and ingredient functionality under independent trial protocols.

Access to accelerated-breeding research facilities with adaptive growth environments for rapid generation turnover and controlled evaluation of trait performance.

Commercial processing capacity for producing food- and feed-grade protein and specialty oil ingredients from identity-preserved seedstocks, including onsite crushing and extraction operations.

Project-based consulting that maps sensory and formulation data to genomic drivers to inform breeding priorities and product formulations aimed at reduced processing and improved consumer outcomes.
