Products

Oral calcium‑sensitizing inotrope (small-molecule peptidomimetic)

An orally available small-molecule peptidomimetic developed to increase cardiomyocyte contractility via calcium sensitization and modulation of ghrelin-receptor signaling; advanced through preclinical studies and early-phase clinical trials.

Services

End-to-end execution of early-phase clinical trials including protocol design, site selection, trial conduct, safety monitoring, and PK/PD evaluation.

Execution of mechanistic studies including ex vivo cardiomyocyte assays, signaling pathway analysis, and biomarker identification to support translational development.

Preparation and management of regulatory applications and interactions with health authorities to enable clinical study starts across jurisdictions.

News & Updates

AnaCardio announced that the first patient has been successfully dosed in its GOAL-HF1 study of AC01 in patients with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). The study is a Phase 1b/2a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of AC01 in HFrEF patients.

AnaCardio received a patent grant in Europe for its lead program AC01, a novel contractile agent for heart failure treatment.

AnaCardio completed a USD 19 million Series A extension financing round, supported by international investors, to fund further clinical development of AC01.
