Prototype cloud-based diagnostic platform

A cloud-deployed modular diagnostic infrastructure that integrates a data warehouse, prediction services and user interfaces to deliver diagnostic results from integrated sensor and omics data.

Big Sensing intelligent data warehouse

A NoSQL-based data warehouse design capable of storing and processing heterogeneous sensor and omics data for translation and clinical diagnostic studies.

Coordination of cohort recruitment, standardised blood collection, sample aliquoting and shipment, centralised anonymised data recording and pilot device testing for safety and performance assessment.

Big-data infrastructure and data management services

Design and implementation of a NoSQL-based data warehouse and high-performance data management pipelines to integrate sensor, omics and clinical data and support real-time analytics.

Machine learning and synthetic data generation

Development of ML/DL models for biomarker discovery and prediction; generation of synthetic health data using GANs to support model training and platform development while mitigating privacy risks.

Biosensor prototyping and analytical assay development

Prototype development of graphene, plasmonic and ultrasensitive immunoassay sensors with associated assay chemistries and analytical characterisation.
