Abstract
The present disclosure generally relates to managing receipt and/or transmission of content.
Core Innovation
The invention relates to receiving first information indicative of a request to initiate a real-time communication session that includes a computer system and a first external device different from the computer system, where the first information includes first visual content corresponding to the request. In response to the receiving, the computer system displays, via one or more display generation components, a first user interface indicative of the request, and the first user interface includes an accept option selectable to indicate a user request to initiate the real-time communication session.
The invention conditionally displays the first visual content based on a determination that the first visual content satisfies a set of sensitive content criteria. In accordance with the determination that the first visual content satisfies the set of sensitive content criteria, the first user interface is displayed without displaying the first visual content, and in accordance with the determination that the first visual content does not satisfy the set of sensitive content criteria, the first user interface includes displaying the first visual content.
After the accept option is displayed and while displaying the first user interface including the accept option, the system receives, via one or more input devices, a selection input corresponding to selection of the accept option. In response to receiving the selection input, if the first visual content does not satisfy the set of sensitive content criteria, the system initiates the real-time communication session and displays a real-time communication session user interface indicative of an active real-time communication session.
If the first visual content satisfies the set of sensitive content criteria, the system displays, without initiating a real-time communication session, a confirmation user interface that includes a second accept option selectable to indicate a user request to initiate the real-time communication session.
Claims Coverage
The provided independent claims are clm-00001, clm-00007, and clm-00013, and they share about five inventive elements: receiving request information including first visual content, displaying a first user interface with an accept option, determining whether the first visual content satisfies sensitive content criteria to withhold or display the visual content, initiating the real-time communication session when not sensitive and displaying an active session UI, and displaying a confirmation user interface with a second accept option when the visual content satisfies sensitive content criteria.
Conditional withholding of first visual content based on sensitive content criteria
Displaying a first user interface indicative of the request to initiate a real-time communication session, where the first user interface is displayed without displaying the first visual content in accordance with a determination that the first visual content satisfies a set of sensitive content criteria, and where the first user interface includes displaying the first visual content in accordance with a determination that the first visual content does not satisfy the set of sensitive content criteria.
Accept-option user interface for initiating a real-time communication session
Displaying, via the one or more display generation components, a first user interface indicative of the request to initiate a real-time communication session, wherein displaying the first user interface further comprises displaying an accept option that is selectable to indicate a user request to initiate a real-time communication session that includes the computer system and the first external device.
Conditional initiation of the real-time communication session based on sensitive content determination
In response to receiving the selection input corresponding to selection of the accept option, in accordance with a determination that the first visual content does not satisfy the set of sensitive content criteria, initiating a real-time communication session that includes the computer system and the first external device, and displaying a real-time communication session user interface indicative of an active real-time communication session.
Confirmation user interface with second accept option when sensitive content is determined
In accordance with a determination that the first visual content satisfies the set of sensitive content criteria, displaying, without initiating a real-time communication session, a confirmation user interface that includes a second accept option that is selectable to indicate a user request to initiate a real-time communication session that includes the computer system and the first external device.
Programmed medium implementing the same conditional UI and session behavior
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors of a computer system, the one or more programs including instructions for receiving first information indicative of a request to initiate a real-time communication session including first visual content, displaying a first user interface with an accept option, and conditionally withholding first visual content and conditionally initiating the real-time communication session versus displaying a confirmation user interface with a second accept option based on the sensitive content criteria determination.
Across the independent claims, the inventive concept is a conditional user-interface flow for real-time communication requests that uses a sensitive content criteria determination on first visual content, selectively displays the first visual content or withholds it, initiates the real-time communication session only when the content does not satisfy the sensitive criteria, and otherwise displays a confirmation user interface with a second accept option.
