Abstract

The present invention relates to a balancing, positioning and fixating assembly for balancing a treatment device, comprising balance arm having a first arm end and a second arm end, a stepper part having a first part end and a second part end, the first arm end is connected with the second part end via a first pivot joint so that the balance arm is movable in relation to the stepper part, and an angulator device is arranged in connection with the second arm end, the angulator device is configured to connect the treatment device to the balance arm and to facilitate movement of the treatment device in different angles, wherein a spring device having a predetermined spring force is arranged along the balance arm, the spring device has a first spring end and a second spring end.

Core Innovation

The invention relates to a balancing, positioning and fixating assembly for balancing a treatment device, where a balance arm is connected with a stepper part via a first pivot joint so that the balance arm is movable in relation to the stepper part. An angulator device is arranged in connection with the second arm end and connects the treatment device to the balance arm to facilitate movement of the treatment device in different angles, including a joint movable independent of the position of the balance arm.

Along the balance arm, a spring device having a predetermined spring force is arranged with a first spring end and a second spring end, where the second spring end is fixedly connected to the balance arm closer to the second arm end than the first spring end. The first spring end is connected with the first arm end via a variable connection so that the spring device can be arranged in different angles compared to a longitudinal axis of the balance arm, including a connection member connected to the first arm end via the first pivot joint.

The variable connection is configured to position the spring device in an intended angle relative to the longitudinal axis, including a connection member and a recess with a plurality of indentations, where a pin is configured to be moved into each of the indentations. Further embodiments include a stepper part movable between a first extreme position and a second extreme position, and a slide part connected with the stepper part via a second pivot joint, with additional movement-restricting and releasably maintained positioning features, and a treatment device that is a coil.

Claims Coverage

The document provides multiple independent claims (1, 10, 11, 13, 21). Across these independent claims, the coverage is grounded in a movable balance arm connected to a stepper part, an angulator device that enables different angles, and a spring device with predetermined spring force whose orientation is set via a variable connection relative to a longitudinal axis, with additional claim-dependent mechanical structures for stepper and slide movement.

Movable balance arm pivoted to a stepper part

A balance arm having a first arm end and a second arm end; a stepper part having a first part end and a second part end; the first arm end is connected with the second part end via a first pivot joint so that the balance arm is movable in relation to the stepper part.

Angulator device enabling different angles independent of balance arm position

An angulator device arranged in connection with the second arm end, configured to connect the treatment device to the balance arm and to facilitate movement of the treatment device in different angles, the angulator including a joint movable independent of the position of the balance arm.

Predetermined spring force arranged along the balance arm

A spring device having a predetermined spring force arranged along the balance arm, the spring device has a first spring end and a second spring end, the second spring end fixedly connected to the balance arm closer to the second arm end than the first arm end.

Variable connection sets spring device angle relative to balance arm axis

The first spring end is connected with the first arm end via a variable connection so that the spring device can be arranged in different angles compared to a longitudinal axis of the balance arm, wherein the variable connection includes a connection member connected to the first arm end via the first pivot joint.

Recess with indentations for pin-selected spring angles

The variable connection includes a connection member and a recess, and the recess has a plurality of indentations arranged along the recess, and a pin configured to be moved into each of the indentations and thereby position the spring device in the intended angle in relation to the longitudinal axis.

Stepper part movable between first and second extreme positions

The stepper part is configured to be moved between a first extreme position and a second extreme position.

Slide part connected via second pivot joint

A further comprising a slide part having a first slide end and a second slide end, the first part end of the stepper part is connected with the second slide end via a second pivot joint.

Single-arm balance arm

The balance arm consists of only a single arm.

Treatment device is a coil

Further comprising the treatment device, wherein the treatment device is a coil.

Overall, the independent claims focus on a mechanically balanced assembly combining a pivot-connected balance arm and stepper part, an angulator device that moves the treatment device at different angles (including a joint movable independent of the balance arm position), and a spring device with predetermined spring force whose angular orientation is set via a variable connection (including recess/indentations and a pin). Additional independent-claim coverage introduces stepper movement between extreme positions, a slide part connected by a second pivot joint, and a single-arm balance arm embodiment, with the treatment device specified as a coil.
