Abstract
Embodiments of the present technology pertain to methods and systems for a voice based, intelligent, augmented reality (AR) based on-demand medical assistant receiving health data of a user using medical testing equipment.
Core Innovation
The invention provides an on-demand medical assistant that is voice based, intelligent, and augmented reality (AR) based. The method receives health data of a user using medical testing equipment and stores the health data of the user in a retrieval database. The assistant receives an audio input using a web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface, where the audio input comprises keywords.
The method determines a domain of use based on processing the keywords of the audio input. It processes the health data of the user, the keywords, and the domain of use to determine a medical assessment for the user. Based on the medical assessment, the method determines personalized medical services for the user.
The method provides the user with access to the personalized medical services using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface. It also displays a status of the personalized medical services to the user using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface. The disclosed refinements include processing using a medical and health vocabulary database and secure cloud-based repository and public domain medical and health and informational repositories.
Further disclosed refinements incorporate baseline health level, a predetermined threshold, and alerting when the baseline health level deviates from the predetermined threshold. The disclosed refinements also include sending an alert to a third-party medical service provider, and using a disease profile of the user to determine disease-profile-specific treatment plans and a plan of care (POC).
Claims Coverage
The document includes three independent claims that cover a method, a system, and a non-transitory computer readable medium. Across these independent claims, the core inventive workflow includes keyword-based audio input via a web-browser AR conversational GUI, domain-of-use determination from the keywords, and combined processing of health data with the keywords and domain of use to determine a medical assessment and personalized medical services, with AR-based access and status display.
Voice based, intelligent, augmented reality (AR) based on-demand medical assistant workflow
Receiving health data of a user using medical testing equipment; storing the health data of the user in a retrieval database; receiving an audio input using a web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface, the audio input comprising keywords; determining a domain of use based on processing the keywords of the audio input; processing the health data of the user, the keywords, and the domain of use to determine a medical assessment for the user; determining personalized medical services for the user based on the medical assessment; providing the user with access to the personalized medical services using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface; and displaying a status of the personalized medical services to the user using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface.
System architecture for AR conversational keyword-based domain and medical assessment processing
Medical testing equipment for receiving health data of a user; a retrieval database for storing the health data of the user; a mobile device communicatively coupled to the medical testing equipment, the mobile device comprising a web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface for receiving audio input, the audio input comprising keywords; at least one processor; a memory storing processor-executable instructions, wherein the at least one processor is configured to implement operations including determining a domain of use based on processing the keywords of the audio input; processing the health data of the user, the keywords, and the domain of use to determine a medical assessment for the user; determining personalized medical services for the user based on the medical assessment; providing the user with access to the personalized medical services using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface; and displaying a status of the personalized medical services to the user using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface.
Non-transitory computer readable medium executable instructions for AR on-demand medical assessment and service status display
A non-transitory computer readable medium having embodied thereon instructions being executable by at least one processor to perform a method for a voice based, intelligent, augmented reality (AR) based on-demand medical assistant comprising receiving health data of a user using medical testing equipment; storing the health data of the user in a retrieval database; receiving an audio input using a web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface, the audio input comprising keywords; determining a domain of use based on processing the keywords of the audio input; processing the health data of the user, the keywords, and the domain of use to determine a medical assessment for the user; determining personalized medical services for the user based on the medical assessment; providing the user with access to the personalized medical services using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface; and displaying a status of the personalized medical services to the user using the web-browser based AR, animated, conversational graphical user interface.
Across the independent claims, the inventive coverage centers on combining keyword-containing audio input received through a web-browser based AR animated conversational graphical user interface with health data received from medical testing equipment and stored in a retrieval database, where processing determines a domain of use and then produces a medical assessment, personalized medical services, AR-based access, and AR-based display of a status for the services. The dependent claim refinements described in the provided material further add disease profile usage, vocabulary and repository-based processing, baseline deviation threshold alerting, and optional notification to a third-party medical service provider.
