Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a pair of light emitting diode eyeglasses. The light emitting diode eyeglasses include an eyeglass frame that includes a front frame including a plurality of light emitting diodes, and a pair of leg frames, each of which includes a first end attached to the front frame and a second end that is opposite to the first end and configured to be positioned on each ear of a user. The front frame includes a plurality of openings for securing a field of view of a front side of the user, the plurality of openings are arranged in a plurality of lines, each line of openings is parallel along a lengthwise direction of the front frame, lines of openings are positioned at each of a left-center portion and a right-center portion of the front frame.
Core Innovation
A pair of light emitting diode eyeglasses includes an eyeglass frame with a control unit and a front frame having a plurality of light emitting diodes. The control unit controls the plurality of light emitting diodes to display pattern data over the plurality of light emitting diodes, and the eyeglass frame comprises a communication module configured to communicate one or more pattern data with a control terminal unit.
The eyeglass frame comprises a pair of leg frames, each having a first end attached to the front frame and a second end positioned on each ear of a user. Each second end includes a power supply unit configured to supply electric power to the plurality of light emitting diodes of the front frame, the communication module, and the control unit.
The front frame comprises a plurality of openings arranged to secure a field of view of a front side of the user, with the openings positioned at left-center portion and right-center portion corresponding to left eye position and right eye position. The plurality of openings are arranged in lines parallel along a lengthwise direction of the front frame, and the plurality of light emitting diodes are arranged in a matrix shape with a second transverse interval and a second longitudinal interval.
Claims Coverage
Independent claim clm-00001 defines 5 core inventive features centered on LED eyeglasses with controlled pattern display and aligned viewing openings. Dependent claims refine pattern data generation and selection, including lyric/equalizer content and sound component-based pattern generation, and additional structural features such as a cover glass and memory/selection interaction.
LED eyeglasses with control unit and front-frame LEDs displaying pattern data
An eyeglass frame with a control unit; a front frame comprising a plurality of light emitting diodes; and the control unit configured to control the plurality of light emitting diodes of the front frame to display the pattern data over the plurality of light emitting diodes.
Communication module for pattern data with a control terminal unit
A communication module configured to communicate one or more pattern data with a control terminal unit.
Ear-positioned leg frames providing power to the LED display and electronics
A pair of leg frames, each of which includes a first end attached to the front frame and a second end configured to be positioned on each ear of a user; wherein each second end comprises a power supply unit configured to supply electric power to the plurality of light emitting diodes of the front frame, the communication module, and the control unit.
Field-of-view openings aligned with left and right eye positions
The front frame comprises a plurality of openings for securing a field of view of a front side of the user; wherein the plurality of openings are arranged in a plurality of lines positioned at each of a left-center portion and a right-center portion of the front frame, the left-center portion and right-center portion configured to correspond to a left eye position and right eye position of the user, respectively.
Matrix arrangement of LEDs with openings positioned between LED lines using matching intervals
The plurality of light emitting diodes are arranged as a matrix shape with a second transverse interval and a second longitudinal interval; wherein each line of the lines of openings is arranged between each line of the plurality of light emitting diode by the first longitudinal interval that is same as the second longitudinal interval.
The claim coverage centers on LED eyeglasses that display communicated pattern data using a control unit and a front-frame matrix of light emitting diodes, while securing a user’s field of view via openings aligned to left and right eye positions. Power is delivered from power supply units in ear-positioned leg frames, and dependent claims further refine pattern content and/or selection and add additional structural elements such as a cover glass and memory/selection interactions.
