Abstract
The present invention relates to light-emitting diode glasses, a control system for multiple light-emitting diode glasses, and a control method therefor. The light-emitting diode glasses according to the present invention comprise: a glasses frame comprising a pair of leg frames and a front frame which is connected to one end of each of the pair of leg frames and has a plurality of light-emitting diodes provided thereon; a memory unit which is provided on the glasses frame and has one or more items of first pattern data stored therein; a communication module for communicating one or more items of second pattern data with a control terminal unit; and a control unit, provided on the glasses frame, for controlling the operation of the light-emitting diodes so that the first pattern data or the second pattern data are displayed via the light-emitting diodes.
Core Innovation
The invention relates to a pair of light emitting diode eyeglasses including an eyeglass frame having a pair of leg frames and a front frame. The front frame is provided with a plurality of light emitting diodes, and each leg frame includes a first end attached to the front frame and a second end configured to be positioned on each ear of a user. A memory unit is provided in the eyeglass frame to store one or more first pattern data.
The eyeglasses further include a communication module for communicating one or more second pattern data with a control terminal unit. A sound input unit inputs sound and comprises at least one of a sound input port and a microphone provided in the eyeglass frame, and a sound recognition module recognizes the sound input through the sound input unit.
A control unit is provided in the eyeglass frame and controls driving of the light emitting diodes such that the first pattern data or the second pattern data are displayed through the light emitting diodes. The first pattern data stored in the memory unit are displayed based on sound data recognized by the sound recognition module, in addition to driving based on the second pattern data.
The eyeglasses also include a power supply unit provided in each second end of the pair of leg frames and configured to supply electric power to the light emitting diodes, the memory unit, the communication module, and the control unit.
Claims Coverage
The independent claim is directed to LED eyeglasses, with one independent claim and multiple inventive features: structural LED eyeglass frame, stored first pattern data, communication of second pattern data, sound input and sound recognition, sound-data-based control of LED pattern display, and integrated power supply in the leg ends.
Led eyeglass frame with ear-positioned leg frames and front-frame LEDs
An eyeglass frame comprising a pair of leg frames and a front frame provided with a plurality of light emitting diodes, where each leg frame has a first end attached to the front frame and a second end configured to be positioned on each ear of a user.
Memory unit storing first pattern data
A memory unit provided in the eyeglass frame in which one or more first pattern data are stored.
Communication module for second pattern data with control terminal
A communication module for communicating one or more second pattern data with a control terminal unit.
Sound input unit in the eyeglass frame
A sound input unit through which a sound is input, the sound input unit comprising at least one of a sound input port and a microphone provided in the eyeglass frame.
Sound recognition module for recognizing sound input
A sound recognition module that recognizes the sound input through the sound input unit.
Control unit driving LEDs to display first or second pattern data based on recognized sound data
A control unit provided in the eyeglass frame and configured to control driving of the light emitting diodes such that the first pattern data or the second pattern data are displayed through the light emitting diodes, and that the first pattern data stored in the memory unit are displayed through the light emitting diodes, based on sound data recognized by the sound recognition module.
Power supply unit provided in leg frame second ends
A power supply unit provided in each second end of the pair of leg frames and configured to supply electric power to the light emitting diodes, the memory unit, the communication module, and the control unit.
Across the independent claim, the core claim coverage combines stored first pattern data with reception of second pattern data, sound input and sound recognition, and a control unit that drives the LEDs to display patterns based on recognized sound data, all supported by a power supply unit integrated in the leg frame ear ends.
