Vital Lab
Vital Lab Inc. is a startup originating from Tokyo Metropolitan University, specializing in system development for the collection, analysis, and discrimination of vital data. Their mission is to eliminate death from infectious diseases through innovative non-contact vital data monitoring and analysis systems, with a focus on health and medical applications such as infection screening, stress assessment, and respiratory disease diagnosis.

Products
Non-contact infection screening system (rapid vital-sign based)
A non-contact system that collects vital-signs (temperature, respiration, heart rate) and applies analytic algorithms to provide a rapid screening judgment for possible infection within seconds.
HRV-based stress and depression screening system (app-based)
Application-based system that uses heart rate variability metrics to estimate stress level and provide screening support for depressive symptoms; designed for low-cost deployment using existing hardware.
Respiratory-disease screening and respiratory function measurement systems
Systems and measurement methods for respiratory function assessment and screening (including small-terminal respiratory measurement methods and video-based lung motion analysis).
Prototype wearable stress-check device (wristband)
Development prototype of a wristband device for stress monitoring using physiological signals, developed in collaboration with third parties.
Prototype integration for automated gates and robotic platforms
Development items based on screening platforms to integrate with auto-gates and future robotic systems for automated checkpoint screening.
