Services

Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)

Minimally invasive uterine artery embolization using injection of microscopic embolic particles to occlude fibroid blood supply and reduce fibroid size and symptoms; coordinated with referring OB-GYN and performed with sedation and short recovery.

Varicose Vein and Spider Vein Treatments

Comprehensive pathway including diagnostic duplex ultrasound performed by technologists, trial of compression stockings when indicated, and outpatient percutaneous treatments such as endovenous thermal ablation of incompetent superficial veins under local anesthesia. Adjunct sclerotherapy may be used for residual branches. Procedures typically require a small skin access site, take under an hour, and allow rapid return to normal activities.

Image-guided Cancer Treatments (Ablation and Embolization)

Targeted minimally invasive therapies for selected tumors including percutaneous thermal ablation and catheter-directed embolization approaches to treat lesions in liver, kidney, lung and bone.

Spinal Fracture Treatment and Vertebral Augmentation

Balloon kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty performed under imaging guidance to repair compression fractures, stabilize the spine with medical-grade cement, and provide rapid pain relief and functional recovery.

Image-guided Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block (Headache Block)

Outpatient image-guided block of the sphenopalatine ganglion for treatment of migraine, cluster, sinus, post-concussion and other facial/head pain syndromes; typically short procedure duration and performed without open surgery.

Diagnostic Vascular Imaging and Assessments

In-office duplex ultrasound mapping, ABI testing and referral for CTA/MRI as indicated to diagnose arterial and venous disease and guide interventional planning.
