Free-flying reentry-capable production capsule

A blunt-body, ballistic reentry capsule designed for autonomous orbital material processing and terrestrial recovery; includes optical windows, avionics deck, payload mounting, TPS forebody and aft dome provisions.

Autonomous satellite bus for orbital production

A self-sustaining satellite bus that provides power, communications, attitude control, and propulsion to support in-orbit processing prior to capsule separation and reentry.


Services

In-orbit material processing and return service

Provision of rideshare launch, free‑flying orbital processing, capsule separation and reentry, and post‑flight recovery and sample delivery for materials and pharmaceutical experiments.

Hypersonic flight-test services

Provision of high-enthalpy reentry flight environments (Mach 25+) for testing thermal protection materials, sensors, navigation systems, and other reentry-relevant hardware with recovered payloads for post-flight analysis.

Terrestrial process development and analytical services

Ground-based crystallization process development, hypergravity screening, sample characterization, and analytical testing to support in-space program design and post-flight sample analysis.
