In a US FDA-mandated comparative study, Second Heart Assist validated its Whisper device’s ability to demonstrate significantly lower hemolysis compared to the only approved device on the market today, Johnson & Johnson.

Second Heart Assist concludes yet a third highly-successful trial in South America targeted at High Risk PCI, providing solid data on safety and efficacy, including high-volume perfusion to kidneys, hemodynamic support, and ultra-low hemolysis.
