Proteomics and functional genomics course instruction
Undergraduate coursework covering protein biochemistry, proteomics workflows, mass spectrometry concepts, functional genomics and associated data analysis; includes student presentations and take-home exams.

Seminar-format courses that train students in preparing abstracts, scientific presentations, posters and participation as discussants; includes peer and instructor critique and formal grading rubrics.
