Oncoveda Cancer Research Center

Oncoveda is a cancer research center established in May 2010, focusing on early detection, monitoring, and treatment of gynecologic and urologic cancers. It aims to understand tumor progression, identify cancer biomarkers and drug targets, and translate discoveries into clinical tests and therapeutics. Part of Medical Diagnostic Laboratories LLC and the Genesis Biotechnology Group, Oncoveda collaborates on clinical validation studies, research projects, and drug discovery to advance cancer diagnostics and therapeutics.

Products

Urine-based biomarker diagnostic assay for bladder cancer (in development)

A urine-based immunoassay under clinical evaluation to detect a protein biomarker found in bladder cancer patients for non-invasive diagnosis.

Small-molecule discovery programs (preclinical)

Research programs focused on identifying and developing small-molecule inhibitors against validated oncology targets including epigenetic enzymes, Wnt and NF-κB pathway components, and immune-modulatory targets.

Services

End-to-end development of biomarker-based diagnostic assays including discovery, analytical assay development, prospective clinical validation, and transfer to clinical diagnostic labs or commercialization partners.

Collaborative programs to evaluate validated targets, develop HTS assays, and screen large compound collections to identify candidate small molecules for preclinical development.
