Services

Diagnosis and longitudinal management of a broad range of neurological disorders including movement disorders, dementia, MS, neuropathy, neuromuscular disease, headaches, and focal dystonias.

Enrollment and site-level coordination for interventional neurology clinical trials (e.g., randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled and randomized-withdrawal studies for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s syndromes).

Electrophysiological testing including EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, and specialized single-fiber and repetitive stimulation studies for neuromuscular and peripheral nerve evaluation.

Structured memory assessments and cognitive staging to evaluate suspected mild cognitive impairment or dementia, including interviews and standardized clinical rating scales.

Administration of botulinum toxin injections for blepharospasm and other focal dystonias, and provision/referral for neurostimulation and TENS for neuropathic pain management.

Remote consultations for follow-up, triage, and when in-person attendance is impractical.
