A pivotal study of belumosudil is underway in chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), as well as a Phase 2 study in systemic sclerosis. Kadmon is also developing next-generation immuno-oncology therapies, specifically IL-15 containing fusion proteins, for the treatment of cancer.
