IQM Research Institute


IQM Research Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to applied science and technology research and development for commercial firms and federal agencies. Established in 2014 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, it evolved from the heritage ERIM organization, which developed advanced technologies for the US government and Department of Defense since 1946. IQMRI's efforts range from supporting product development to hardware and software prototype demonstrations, conducting programs under strict non-disclosure agreements, and engaging in diverse research areas including space systems, cyber security, electronics, advanced materials, military testing, artificial intelligence, and more. Its mission is to conduct research for the betterment of mankind, improve knowledge of the physical world, and support public and government interests.
